Not the same, doesnt matter if this developer spammed IOS/Android, those two platforms have a ton of other apps and also pretty much all the relevant and new apps.

BB doesn't have much at all and because they have 1/3 of their app count from one developer whom doesn't seem to create many relevant apps, is a telling sign of how poor their app ecosystem is.

Not about the numbers, MS i think has about the same amount of apps, just over 100k, but im sure they aren't concentrated with the same developer

I think someone counted <100 apps on Play store, nowhere near the 47k on BB. I can't remember where it was exactly.

Just a thought: S4BB = Software for BlackBerry?

If yes that explains why they are focused on BlackBerry.

Just think of the work creating 47.000 apps.. It is really impressive! Designing/implementing, creating icons, graphics for BB World, uploading, describing etc.

Maybe someone from CB should write them and ask for an interview?

Ask them questions about

• how many emplyees they are
• How many apps they have for each platform (BB, PlayBook, BB10)
• If the apps were submitted primarily during the $100 per submission campaign
