    My phone broke, but I could recover the media card with the hidden file. I put it into my new phone (Z30 like the old) and downloaded Hide Files again, but I cannot access the hidden files; the directory shows zero content. Is there a way to open these files, or do I have to erase the entire media card (to release the space) and start fresh?

    Have you contacted the developer to see what they could assist with?
