    Since updating to the latest Desktop Manager 2 days ago, I'm being plagued by continual roxliveshare9 service hang problems.

    Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?

    There doesn't seem to be any one specific thing that causes the crashes, just suddenly out of the blue I get a BSOD and have to restart.

    Any help or advice would be appreciated.


    Am running Vista SP2 with all updates applied

    I am having the same issue. Tons of hangs from roxliveshare9. I searched on the Roxio site and found nothing. Search doesn't even recognize it. A google search turns up a few mentions in major geeks but not the same issue and no help for me. My computer skills are nill. Of course I found a site or 2 that said it's spyware and to download "their removal tool" to get rid of it. I'm going to uninstall DM 5 tomorrow and reinstall. I'm not at "my" computer tonight. I'll let you know if it helps at all. Maybe some of the 100's of knowledgeable people on here will reply with a fix. I have always found an answer here when looking until now.
