    I agree.
    Seven phones is ridiculous.
    I damn well would have spoken to a supervisor.

    I feel for you, Rogers has never come close to a JD Powers Customers Service award, not even in the top three for Canada.

    I am curious? You mention CS advising you to replace software, did they instruct you on the process or provide any automated support scripts?

    The shoddy referbs are inexcusable, Pink?
