I have downloaded 2 new ringtones from here, and changed them the was it said in the 101, but when my phone rings it is a generic ring...but when I check it it says the name of the ringtone...Here's what I'm doing...go to Profiles, advanced, menu, edit, click on phone, highlight ringtone and select new one...also, in the list of ringtones when scrolling thru, the downloaded one doesn't play a sample like the others...HELP!!!
I would first check that the files are able to be played on your device first. That may be the only problem if you are doing everything else correctly.
