Hello I am having issues with ringers and the vibrate feature.the phone vibrates before it rings and its not very loud,is there a way to change the vibrate feature and the volume of the rings? PLEASE let me know as i am missing alot of calls because of this.

BTW, you can't have the phone both ring and vibrate at the same time. You can have it ring, vibrate, or vibrate then ring.
