Does anyone know how to program ringback tones? I went to the verizon site...downloaded/bought a ringback tone...clicked settings and tried to set my new ringback tone...

unfortunately all i have now is a really annoying classical music song and i can't get it off...lol

i was trying to do all of this from the verizon site...not from my phone.

does anyone know how to fix this problem???

For the ringback tones, you have to log on to the verizon wireless website. I know with AT&T, I have to log on, and go to the media area, and unclick the ringback tone.

Yeah I have alltel but when I buy a ring back I have to go to my account and assign the tone as my default from that annoying classical one

i tried going to the site and changing the default setting but it will not change...lol not sure why
