You might be able to do it if in GV you go to Settings -> Calls and set the incoming caller ID to Display Your GV #. Then on your BB create a contact and call it anything you want (Google Voice) and assign a ringtone. The drawback is you won't know who's calling unless you set GV to announce the caller.
