    I agree with one of the posts on here saying ''Blackbery=Name....Research in motion=slogan i think that is perfect...So Blackberry is what i prefer.

    In my personal view, the name change to BlackBerry has absolutely nothing at all to do with any new success. Research In Motion was the name used to build an empire, and it was a great name. Changing to BlackBerry was a waste of money, time and effort, and I will be surprised if it even did a damn thing change perception amongst the people who never liked BB or weren't customers.

    A company name is a name, that's all. Look at Google or Yahoo and think of what you thought when you first heard those names.
