    Makes a lot of sense, as some young people do not have access to a Credit Card, or find PayPal to intrusive.

    Carrier Billing makes sense. Glad it's being adopted rather quickly.

    The actual quote is "exceeded expectations," which to me sounds very different than 'admits surprise.' But that might just be me.

    Huh? It's not like every management decision has a predictable outcome. The manager is just saying they probably did not expect it to take off so quickly. I do not equate that to be disconnected.
