Why would my replacmt phone not be identical in menu options?? There is no option using the Menu key to Switch Application.
Why? Can anyone shed light on this?

Might be a glitch in the installed OS on that device. You can use the Alt/Back button for that also.

Press and hold the "ALT" key/Push the Back button/roll trackball to select the application you want to open from the popup menu/release the "ALT" Key
