I just replaced the screen in my wifes 8530, put the battery in and red light comes on and screen goes completely white. Put the screen in my 8530 and it works?? Wondering why this is happening I also tried the tape on the four post and providing, i am doing it right still just a white screen help me. Is there 2 different screens for this model??

What happened to your wife's BB that has made you replace the screen? If it was dropped, or got wet, chances are that something more got damaged.
