    Just aquired a 9300 and 9700 from an online auction. Problem is they have email accounts attached to them. How do I remove those account?

    Launch the email setup app and remove the accounts.

    Shows no accounts, but under Enterprise Activation shows emails.

    Try a security wipe and see if it removes to BES provisions. If not, you'll need to use a utility to remove the BES settings.
