    Hi,

While sideloading a .bar file with the chrome add-on I noticed that I have a lot of hat seems to be locale/language files in this form: sys.data.imf.xx_XX (e.g. sys.data.imf.pl_PL). Since I have a q5 with low memory, is there I way to remove all these files (if this is safe) and only keep the English one that I use (I presume it is this one: sys.data.imf.en_US). Note that I'm on linux desktop so I don't have access to the blackberry link application.

    Thank you.

Keep sys.data.imf.en_US and sys.data.imf.root. The rest can go.

Thank you, but where are these files located? I can't remove them from the chrome app as there is no option for it, can I just remove them using file manager? If yes, in which folder are these located?

After some further digging it seems this is no longer doable in the latest OS version. reffer to this topic: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...memory-842729/
