    Okay,

    I own my own domain that is hosted by the company I bought the domain from, and it uses the "cPanel X" interface for domain management; for e-mail, it uses "Horde" as the Web-based e-mail client.

    I have the Open Source (free) Funambol SyncML client installed on my BlackBerry Curve 8300, and I would like to configure this so that my contacts are either backed-up on my domain, or synchronized with Horde...

    I found some information on the Horde Web site, but I don't quite understand it:

    client configuration is as follows:

    * The sync URL is http(s)://pathtoyourhordeinstall/rpc.php
    So in my case this would be http://www.opera.id.au/rpc.php or https://www.opera.id.au/rpc.php, right?

    client configuration is as follows:

    * The sync URL is http(s)://pathtoyourhordeinstall/rpc.php
    o Username/password: your Horde account data
    And my username/password, would those be the details I normally use to login Horde?

    client configuration is as follows:

    * The sync URL is http(s)://pathtoyourhordeinstall/rpc.php
    o Username/password: your Horde account data
    o Databases (sometimes called remote settings or 'server path') must be calendar, tasks, notes, or contacts.
    Not sure I understand this last part at all...

    The information above was all provided by Horde and is available in its full context at:
    Wiki :: SyncHowTo

    Any and all help is appreciated...
