    Reliance jio data will work on ANY lte phone. U need to get the sim activated using a VoLTE phone.
    After activation-
    To make voice calls on the jio network u need to use the jiocall app if ur phone isn't VoLTE compliant.
    The phone must have been purchased in India for it to support the jio lte bands.

    The Jio network is mostly Band 40, with some Band 5 and Band 3 in the future (according to Wikipedia).

    I don't know of any BB10 device with Band 40, the only BlackBerry that comes to mind is the Priv.

    I am using jio in my bbz30.. data is works very fine but other services not supported for BB 10 devices.
