Just curious what you guys think of this study from November 2010 and now. Just FYI, Squaretrade is one of the bigger warranty carriers in NA outside of store provided warranties like BestBuy.

Do your recent devices reflect the 2010 numbers or differ?

I guess I've never had any malfunction with either of mine, even my tour, when you take a slab vs phones with many more parts to fail it's going to happen. Then you throw in the storms and tours.
