I recently used my insurance to get a replacement BB (Curve) because my old one was pretty beat up. I used the Desktop Manager to transfer all the settings, etc. to my new phone, but for some reason I'm not receiving emails on my BB. I use Gmail and have it pushed to my BB (as opposed to the Gmail app), and I can't figure out how to reestablish it on my new BB. The new BB still has the icon with my Gmail address and everything, but it's not receiving messages. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Perhaps try logging on to the BIS for AT&T and resend service books from there:

Updating the PIN and IMEI on the bis will send the service books automatically.

Well, I'm pretty sure that when I got the new phone I had it resend the service books. If I look under the Service Books menu on my phone, I can see that it has a check mark next to my Gmail address. Not sure what, if anything, that means. I don't even know what my BIS username/password is, so I can't log in through the AT&T site, and the customer service person I talked to seemed to think they don't have that information on hand for me. Can I log in to the BIS directly through my phone and do it?

On the replacement go to options-advanced options-hosting routing table-Hit the blackberry key-select register now.
    You should get email confirms.
