New with 8310. For awhile I was able to receive SMS text messages, then I wasn't able to. I deleted all messages to free up space. Also I have problem with receiving messages from Sidekick users. I am able to send them, but unable to receive messages from them. Also emails from them can take a long time to receive. Help????:(
see if the B party when sending the sms, it says delivered on their device. If so then on your device go to Options/Settings and then Security Options .
Go to Firewall and see if there isnt anything ticked including SMS.
If the above does not get the delivery sent, then you can enquire with your carrier.
I checked and the firewall is disabled and nothing were checked, therefore it must be something else
