Hi Fellow Crackheads,
I have two girls who need txt and minimal voice so my idea was to go t-mobile prepaid with $15 unlimited txt and $.10/min voice. Was thinking of buying some used Pearls as the new t-mobile pre-paid phone selection is limited and the girls like the look and feel of the pearl and they seem attainable for around the $80 mark. Which one do you recommend or NOT recommend and any other advice? (8100, 8120, 8130 etc.)

I had an 8100 on T-Mobile but that was 3 years ago. Will Tmo enable MMS on those phones with that prepaid account?

The main difference between the 8100 and 8120 is that the 8120 has wifi (I think the 8100 has GPS instead). The 8130 is the CDMA counterpart, so it wouldn't work on T-Mo's GSM network.
