got this email on my storm from blackberry to re-validate windows live password. says check email settings on storm,go to email accounts,edit, type password,save. can't find email settings. any ideas????

how long has it been since you have validated or put in the password?

on my pc, i just logged in again and tried to go to support but came back with error code like not a good address. this has worked since the first week of january when i got my storm. this email came with a do not reply. do i need to go to blackberry.com and log in that way?

You will have to go back to the "Setup Internet email" icon to get into your email settings.

i was looking for that and couldn't find it. where do i find that?

It might be hidden. Did you try to show all? Also, it should be in your Bookmarks in the browser of the BB.

still haven't found it yet. gonna email blackberry.com, or verizon and try to resolve the problem. thanks for the tips. have till the 9th to get it fixed.

Have you gone here on your pc and logged in? This is your BIS for verizon

Once logged in go to the msn account and re enter your password.

thanks again for all the help. got ahold of verizon and he took care of it. couldn't pry any info on .141 official or 5.0. tried. oh well.
