My battery was low so i had it on charge and it now shows 60% battery but I have no signal. It continues to show a little icon up in the top right corner that says "off" and I cant do anything with the phone. I have turned it off and even taken the battery out. What is it I need to do to get this back to normal.
When this happens sometimes you have to go into your "manage connections" option and turn the signal back on yourself. Radio turns off at like 5-10% i do believe, try and keep it above that, these batteries love to be charged so charge it! Good luck!!
Yes, the radio will turn off when the battery gets below 10%. It doesn't turn itself back on automatically once the battery is charged up. You have to turn it back on manually as noted above.
