    Assuming you mean an app for radio stations that actually stream their broadcast, then I think there is good consensus that TuneIn Radio is the best. IMHO.

    Some radio stations have their own streaming app in app world. For instance, Star 105.5 by me has a BlackBerry app. Do a search in App world.
