Hi all,

I had an ongoing issue with my BBM that I haven't been able to get a fix for either via Crackberry, Insiders Blog, Blackberry support forums and even Blackberry support directly in Waterloo.

I took the opportunity to email Mathew Talbot asking a few other questions as well. He indicated to me I could get the answer I need as follows.

"On tech support you can submit issues via the app itself. *On Android & iPhone you can �Report a Problem� in the main left hand menu."

Anybody have any idea how to submit tech issues for BBM on BB10? I swiped down and checked the help menu but couldn't find any method. I was able to find a similar problem but in the help section it was only included for BBM for iOS and Android.
