so i got the software thats supposed to take dvds and automatically convert them into media we can view on our berrys.

the problem is that it does work but the audio is like 3 seconds ahead of the video.

anyone with experience with this program that know how to fix the problem?

Not too familiar with the software so i'm going to ask the obvious. Did you check the settings?

yea ive tried it several times in different settings and the same problem happens every time.
i have no clue what it could be

Have you tried other converters? Blackberry Video Converter is one. If you search, there are some other ones that people live by.
