I have a 8830 which has 4 email addresses set up on it. One of the email addresses is a school (.edu) account. Sometimes I get the email right after it was sent and sometimes it takes more than an hour for me to get it.
no idea unless you have more info about the school's email server.
but you may be able to get around your issue by forwarding mail from your edu account to your [email protected] address instead of having it set up in your email setup.
Yeah IF your schools' ".edu" e-mail system has a forwarding feature, that would work the best. I have my comcast mail forwarded to my blackberry e-mail and it's really fast.
