    My Q10 had this feature: in email, when you swiped down, left/right arrowheads would appear that allowed you to right to the next/previous message without having to return to the Inbox. My Q20 doesn't do this. Is there a way to turn on this feature?

    Where did you get your Q20 from? BlackBerry don't have that model!

    Hub - Settings-display and actions - display next and previous overlays - switch on

    I went to Hub->System Settings->Display
    Could not find an option for "display next and previous overlays" in my Classic.
