Hello guys.
i hope someone will help me here..
my q10 reboots,so from this time i can not use my phone. it stucks after purple logo when reach 100 % and reboots again.
i try to reload with BB link,but the same. i ty to instal with autoloader but after reaching "selenct language" it reboots again. how can i fix this? maybe try another os version? i tryed latest os, 1 version earlier .... same result. now i try to install 10.3.2 but i dont think it helps. give me advice please!

When you say you tried the latest OS.... what does that really mean? If you managed to "load" 10.3.3 you aren't going back to 10.3.2.

How old is the phone?
Have you tried replacing the battery?

I try 10.3.3.3057 , 10.3.03.2205, 10.3.02.2888 . using autoloader. and bb link too .

Does a blue LED come on at any point?

No. Just after 100 % of loading,screen turns off for 3-4 seconds. then ask me to select language aand reboots.

I have 3 batteries...
btw i just want to turn on my BB,recover backup data and transfer my contacts to new Keyone. maybe you know how to do this without q10? i have backup data .bbb. maybe some soft for extract this extension or another solution.

That .bbb backup is useless without a BB10 device to install it in....

Would have been nice if BlackBerry had made a BlackBerry Transfer tool that would decrypt it and sync the data for Android use.

There is no guarantee that you'll get it to work... but you can find used BB 10 devices pretty cheap these day. Buy one, restore it and then transfer the data.
