Hallo,i have problem with my Q10.I reinstall phone without backup.But my battery life is aprox 8 hours.I am using 3 email account (IMAP).When i using wifi,battery life is by monitor 2 days.

I dont use any application,only Whatsapp.

Any idea whats happened or whats i can check?

10.2.1 is a huge step backward in what was an already a terrible battery experience. My battery running the official 10.2.1 is much worth than it was running the 10.2 1 leak. Pretty sad.

wifi always drains battery...turn that of and batterylife will improve immens.

PIM service too high. It may be still indexing your extensive email history. If you have just installed OS recently than you need to wait. Keep it charged overnight and the process will go faster. My PIM service is never that high, but it is very high a few days after an OS update.

When i switch on wifi,baterry life is more time better that without it... problem is,when i am using only gsm network...

It's your PIM service. Plus you are using IMAP, so it's pull all the emails of the server. As someone just commented (your extensive email history).
