Ok...I dl'd .103 and found it has a bad memory leak. The phone is brand new, has NO 3rd party apps eating up space, and the memory has drained from 40MB to 25 in 3 hours and I haven't even been using the thing! Needless to say it's running like sh*t! I really want to go back to .99...but I don't know how . I'm up to my eyeballs in frustration...someone please help a newbie out!!! How do you downgrade OS???

Downgrading is as simple as an upgrade, it depends on the software version you want installed.

Locate and download the carriers approved OS package.

Use Windows / Control Panel to uninstall the upgrade, then install the previous version.

Applications loader will prompt you to downgrade.

I urge you to be patient, the Storm OS software is being refined all the time. Soon, there will be a stable release, just like all the rest of the BlackBerry devices.
