    Hey all,

    In a bit of a problem. I have my bosses Blackberry 9000 (provider Telstra/AU) and it asked me for a PUK code to unlock. I have him call up Australia (as it's his account, not mine) and get the code. So when I enter it on the phone and it asks me for a "new PIN" (numerical form). I've tried entering the old pin, a new pin, etc and it always says "EXISTING PIN INCORRECTLY ENTERED PIN NOT CHANGED" and retreats back to the locked screen.

    It wont be the end of the world if I don't fix it before he goes back down under, but I just thought maybe I'm missing something obvious.

    you can try the following, however, he may need to get a new SIM card if you lock it up again.
