    I just got a brand new headset, the PS3 one, and its not being detected on my phone when I go to search for it. Yes, it works on my PS3, just enabled it. But wont show itself on my phone! Help

    Oh and the PS3 is powered off, so its not being used with anything.

    And you are sure the PS3 is in bonding mode when searching for it from your 9700?

    Ok! I figured it out! In order to make my bluetooth headset discoverable, I had to turn off the headset, HOLD down the power button while my phone is searching for headset, and headset will blink orange lights and phone will pick it up! Password was 0000 and now im using it as I write this message!
