    My Profile icon for whatever the reason is missing from my main page.I cannot switch from vibrate mode to audible ringer mode.How do I restore the Profile icon to the main page and also there has to be a shortcut to change the ringer mode from vibrate to audible and visversa

    Profiles are part of the core OS, there is no way to actually delete the Icon.

    It is possible to hide it. Press Menu and select Show All. It should show up as a Gray Icon. Select it and press Menu again, de-select Hide it to return it to normal.

    My 8330 will toggle between active profile and vibrate by holding down the Q key.

    Also are you running a 3rd party theme? You may have to look in your other folders for the icon if Reeds solution didn't help.
