Crackberry peeps,

Hello! I am running Blackberry Professional Software v4.1 on Exchange 2003.

Can I configure the software (or a Blackberry device - i.e. the Storm) to synchronize all folders and show all messages in those folders? If I setup the software and select folders for synchronization, I only get recent messages in those folders. Older messages do not show. Is this by design?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That how it is set up. If you try and have all the your emails on there at once you'll probably realize you'll run out of room quite quickly.

I don't think this is true. It won't go back say 6 months and sync those messages.
