    So i am on my third blackberry storm through verizon. I had some time to go to the store today. I told the them the problems that i was having. Which they told me, its the storm its a horrible phone. So i explained to the customer rep could i have another phone. She went and talked to her manager. The manager also agreed with her that the phone was horrible. I was offered another blackberry replacement, and was told i was going to have the same problems. I said no, and asked would it be possible to replace it with an existing blackberry at equal or lesser value. I was told i could go home and turn on my old phone, or pay full retail price for a new blackberry. So i am stuck with a bb that decides not to work on me.

    I emailed vzw and explained everything. Any suggestions

    Go back when it's busy and be louder , if and when it starts to go sour , no need for foul language just go for angry ripped off and not giving up , if it really goes sour quote them loudly (not too loudly as there is a thin line between angry-obnoxious-escorted out of the building) if there are a bunch of customers around they will get agreeable quickly. Volume does strange stuff to social creatures.

    Sadly this method works quite well , it's been done to me in the past and I've seen it work countless times , it's a last resort , but sometime we ave to remember our childhood and throw a controlled and timed tantrum.
