Each time I go to set up my email adresses on my bb it automatically checks for updates. It won't. Let me set up my email if I don't innstall it but the last time I installed it I nuked my phone and had to delete the os and then re-install! Wondering if anyone could help out??
Hi mp994, this appears to be an issue due to some conflicts with the email application that is on your phone. I recommend you upgrade the OS on the device to the latest OS available, via desktop manager and then attempt to setup the email, if even that does not work, then I recommend you log an incident on mobibizhelp.com and I will arrange for a remote session of your device and would personally fix the issue.
Thanks for that. My software is already up-to-date with the lastest os, and it still did the same thing. Ill have to take your second option. Thanks though
