Hi, I'd like to clarify a few things.

    1. i've received an e-mail with 4 photo attachments, each about 250Kb each. I haven't clicked on the attachment. Does it mean I've already downloaded these photos to my phone? Or do I have to click it to initiate the downloading of attachments? this is crucial as i get charged for attachments.

    2. i've opened one of the attachments and it's a photo of about 250Kb. when I click save to phone, it saves the image but at a much smaller resolution. i checked it in my media info at it ranks at 5Kb. my blackberry has resized it to the same resolution as my blackberry display. i don't want that. i want to save the full res version of the photo so that i can BT it back to my computer. is this possible?

    3. now that i've noticed the saved photo is 5Kb. does that mean i've only downloaded 5Kb? or have i downloaded 250Kb?

thanks so much. i'm still very new to this and the photos are quite important. pardon my ignorance. good day.

    I've encountered this same issue!
I would like to be able to download AND save the original file size as well.
