    Hi,

    I am having a issue opening email attachments. Each time I try to open one is gives me the following error "the file is not a valid docx file" or when I try a Pdf it says "this pdf is corrupted". I have no issues opening the attachments on my iPad and computer. I tried reloading the os already and the same problem appears. Can anybody help?
