My wife has a Motion and within 4 months the ability to open the phone app stopped.
Put in my Mint Mobile sim card and it worked, put her sim card in my KEYone and it worked there!
Put her Mint Mobile sim back into her phone and same problem, unable to open phone app.

Mint sent a replacement sim card and her phone app has been working for 4 month.

Now the Mint Mobile sim card which I've had almost two years has the same problem on my KEYone. The phone app opens one second then closes, same exact problem.

I'm waiting for a replacement sim,

So, making this post to connect with any others with same problem with BB android phones and or other phones.

This has come up before but I don't recall if there was any fix for it or the reasoning behind it.
