    problem with finalizing device setup stuck at 100% help me please

    It could stay there for up to twenty minutes sometimes. Just be patient. If more than an hour, then reboot the device using the two volume buttons.

    So my Z30 with new 10.3.3 update on Rogers has just led me to this query. Ran for one day and was on quick battery drain, so I restarted, only to get stuck on "Finalizing device setup". Left for 1.5 hours , then did reboot via two volume button push, but alas back at "Finalizing device setup". Any other lifelines or do I have to re-install update (also not sure how to do that , the 10.3.3 from Rogers was OTA).
