I never got a username/password for the site-- my internet and email was set up through the setup wizard and I never had to do anything else.

However, when I go there and try to set up a new account, it says one already exists for my PIN. So, just to be sure, I click the "forgot your password?" link and it emails me saying that there is no username/password for my PIN. U

Ahh, any help?

You have to pick username and pw from your phone. I had the same problem just the other day

Thanks, that worked Didn't even occur to me to do it that way. I attempted to access the BIS site from my BB but it wouldn't go.

All set now though
