    If this BBID was previously used on an Android or iOS device, it can't be ported back to BB10.

    The only solution for your BB10 device is to disable BlackBerry Protect, wipe the device, and start fresh with a new BBID. You will lose all your paid apps of course.

    Yea, same happened to me and many others. Sucks because now if I want to continue using my classic I can't have my original bbm.....
