    What ever you dialed for your Hero should work on your 8330. For Verizon customer's it's *228, option 2 no matter what type of phone you have.

    It was just a link on the menu for "Update PRL"

    They all have the same advice.

    Dial *2 and ask the CSR to have your account flagged for a PRL update. CSR will do that, then will prompt you to call *2 again and instead of the usual prompt will tell you that your roaming list is being updated + your phone will be automatically reset... Dial #4357* to check your PRL version.

    It may be a little old but the 8330 was the best Blackberry EVER made!
    Don't knock it!
    All it needed was a little bit more memory and I woulda kept it!
