    I signed up for a Prepaid Bell service as I need another line that's not on Rogers.. but i paid for the month and it says on my Z10 only HSPA no LTE on prepaid plans??

    You need a LTE SIM and they have to enable LTE on your account, which may or may not be possible on prepaid. Give them a call and see what they say.

    Ya I have a LTE Sim but as soon as I force it to connect to it, it just says emergency calls only then
