I'm rather skeptical about this one. Cellucity is not a carrier or service provider like Vodacom or MTN, they're a retail store like Game and Makro except they specialize in selling cell phones and I would expect the carriers to get the phones first before the retail outlets. So you still have a Vodacom, MTN, Cell C sim in you're phone. Now I may be wrong and they have some sort of deal with RIM to stock bb10 phones, but I doubt it. Hopefully the BB10 phones aren't too expensive at launch, because I don't think a lot of people would want to pay ~R8000 (~$1000 equivalent) for a new phone. Just to give a comparison a new iPhone 5 16gb costs that much. 64gb costs ~R11000 (~$1200 equivalent) so yea its not easy buying a new phone in SA.
