    Hi there, this is a general question for those knowledgeable. I've got the Z10 through AT&T and unfortunately my software is buggy (phone app stops working, music/sound stops working, various apps crash, etc.) AT&T offered to take my phone, re-install software and if that didn't work to replace my Z10 with a new Z10. My questions: Would it be possible for me to make a case to just ditch the Z10 and have them give me a Q10? Perhaps paying the difference in cost? I got this phone on an upgrade.

    They told me I could trade in the phone for 200 (maybe) dollars and then purchase the Q10 at full price... No.
