    If both of you used Gmail, and bossman shared his calendar with you, you could use Google Sync to see them both.

    no gmail. outlook and exchange. so i guess it is not possible then?

    Couldn't you create a tungle account or something like it and do it that way. That is what I use and it is synced to outlook and my blackberry.

    ok i just google tungle and it looks like a 3rd party app and it cost $5/month. ughhhhhh....does someone know what i'm trying to accomplish for free?
