Is it possible to create a specific alert when you are emailed from a specific email address? For example, I have a weather alert email that comes into me whenever a weather warning is generated, however, I want it to alert me differently than every other email that comes in.
Not sure I can do this or not, but, I think it would be pretty cool if you could... Thoughts?
I think I just found the answer .. If I create a contact with that email address, then I can create an alert under messages.. HA.. Lets see an iPhone do that :P
You got it. Go to the individual contact and customize as you desire.
To create an alert for an exiting contact , go to your Profile Icon. Scroll down to Advanced & from there it'll let you set up individual ring tones & message alerts ( including volume control & duration ) .

Sorry, must be blind. The only option I see is to set a unique ring tone for a contact which I have already done. I can't see where I can set a tone for a message. Still on 4.* on my 9000. Is this something on 5.*?
