I has set both my lock screen, home screen, and picture password to the same picture of my dog (because I thought it would look cool and seamless), but no matter what I do the picture password is always panned down a little, and it's a bit annoying. I've tried sliding the crop window all of the way down, but it still is a tad off!

How can I fix this? Thanks.

If you get it figured out let me know; I've tried this myself before. Couple different cropping methods and haven't ever gotten it matched. Whatever cropped image used gets cropped again when setting it for the password.

I got it figured out. For some reason you need a slightly bigger picture, 720x1323 pixels in the case of the Z30 (and presumably Z10). When setting the home and lock screen drag the crop window all the way to the top, and for the picture password drag the crop window all the way to the bottom. You will need some image skills to creat the picture with the correct resolution though.


Running it through a gif maker there may be a slight difference, but not enough to matter
