to play your phones internet radio in the car while charging at the same time? Or more specifically, is their such a thing as a auxillary cable with a auxillary jack(plug) on one end and a usb plug(jack) on the other end?

What I do is plug into the cigarette lighter, and then plug my 3.5 mm plug into the aux jack on my cars radio.

I do the same at home when charging from the wall and playing music through my computer speakers. It does get a little warmer than usual but nothing to concern over.

Ok, thanks for your responses. I really wanted to see if there was a way to eliminate the need for the two cables by being able to use just one cable for both charging and audio output like using a mp3 player on a docking station. Searched around and It looks like it is not possible. Thanks anyway.
